SEMI-PRIVATE training In OUR Portland GYM

In our gym, we prioritize maximizing progress towards your individual fitness and movement goals. Therefore, our gym operates primarily in semi-private training model, meaning that you have your own customized program within a group training environment. I will be “floating” from person-to-person providing coaching, instruction, and help when needed.

There are anywhere from 3-10 people in the gym at once, and everyone is doing similar exercises, but there are individual differences and modifications based on your needs. This allows you to maximize the efficiency of your own workout and progress, while still getting that “small group” training experience. Curious what kind of results you can get? Click here!

Step 1: Initial Consultation

Fill out the contact form and choose a time for your initial consultation. During this half-hour meeting, we will:

Discuss your goals

Review your exercise and injury history

Complete a movement assessment

If necessary, use a variety of technology and tools to establish a baseline of performance & fitness that we can use to objectively measure improvements on (power, speed, endurance, etc).

After that, you are welcome to come in during open gym hours at your convenience to train. When you arrive, there will be tablets available for you to open your workout and log your progress for the session.

After you consultation is complete, I will design a customized workout plan for you that is specific to your own individual goals. This will be ready within one business day.

At that point, you are welcome to come into the gym at any of the following open hours:

Below is the pricing structure for our gym. Taking into account that you will get extensive one-on-one help every session and the average national cost of a one-hour personal training session is $55, this is an incredible value.

An example of this would be if you were experiencing shoulder or back pain of some sort. I would film your assessments and movement, then give you an intervention, and re-test you after to show improvement.

These are consultations for in-person appointments at the gym. They are not online consultations and we do not offer daily or weekly passes or services. Out of state clients must be pre-approved before visiting our facility. We reserve the right to deny services to unapproved out of state potential clientele. Email questions to:
