SEMI-PRIVATE training – the process
I prioritize maximizing progress towards your individual fitness and movement goals. Therefore, the gym operates primarily in semi-private training model, meaning that you have your own customized program within a group training enviornment. I will be “floating” from person-to-person proividng coaching, instruction, and help when needed.
Step 1: Initial Consultation
Fill out the contact form and choose a time for your initial consultation. During this half-hour meeting, we will:
Discuss your goals
Review your exercise and injury history
Complete a movement assessment
If necessary, use a variety of technology and tools to establish a baseline of performance & fitness that we can use to objectively measure improvements on (power, speed, endurance, etc).

Step 2: TRAINING
After that, you are welcome to come in during open gym hours at your convenience to train. When you arrive, there will be tablets available for you to open your workout and log your progress for the session.
After you consultation is complete, I will design a customized workout plan for you. This will be ready within one business day.
At that point, you are welcome to come into the gym at any of the following open hours:
